BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) Consumer Banking
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from reputable University.
- Candidates with internship or work experience in partnership or customer-facing roles, and who possess strong presentation skills, will be preferred.
- Candidates are expected to have a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
- Demonstrated active participation in both organizations and community initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Open to all academic majors.
- Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.

- Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).
- Master’s degree graduates: maximum 27 years old (not turning 28 by Dec 31, 2025).
- Single (unmarried) and committed to remain unmarried throughout the duration of one year trainee program.
- Willing to be placed in any BRI working office across Indonesia.
BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) Micro Banking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from accredited University.
- Demonstrate strong and active participation in both organization and community (e.g. BEM, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, Pencinta Alam, and similar student initiatives), with proven leadership capabilities.
- Preferably active in social community or organization (e.g. NGO, Karangtaruna, Kelompok Tani, and similar grassroots initiatives).
- Passionate about community development and microfinance.
- Open to all academic majors preferably in Economics, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Plantation, Sociology, Anthropology, Forestry, Food Industry Engineering.
- Demonstrate academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
- Achieve a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from reputable University.
- Communicative, smart and knowledgeable talents with a wide perspective on business and current economic trends.

Educational Background Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with preferred fields of study include: Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Law, Engineering, Communication, Mathematics, Statistics, Agribusiness, and International Relations.
- Demonstrated excellence in academic performance and/or non-academic accomplishments is highly valued.
- Proven active participation in student organizations, community initiatives, or other extracurricular activities, with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Internship or professional experience in banking, finance, corporate finance, or other relevant fields will be favourably considered.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Language Proficiency
- Minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or equivalent English proficiency certificate issued by a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or another language is an added advantage.
